O, HO, and S scales: The West Bay Model Railroad Association was organized in 1947. Since 1950, when they were able to get space in a building next to the Menlo Park Station (100' away) via the Southern Pacific railroad, they created and have run a display layout, integrating three different scales. Basically a ring layout shaped as a large U, the HO, S and O tracks intermingle with tunnels, bridges and cuts. Even though some modifications have been done to the layout over the years, the main tracks still follow the original plan. The layout is built in a way that allows the public to view all the layout from different angles. Platforms are provided to view the layout from a higher angle, and for little kids. They meet every Wed, 7:00 to 10:00 pm
